How WJ2 Describes an Operator: The Help Desk's Checklist
A help desk is useful only if you know how it reaches its answers. This is the checklist behind every operator description on WJ2. The desk belongs to an independent guide, not a casino: it accepts no deposits, there are no games behind it, and its readers must be 21+. Nobody gets a mark or a ranking.
Seven things on the clipboard
| What is looked at | What counts as disclosed | What stays unknown |
|---|---|---|
| Licence disclosure | A named regulator and a named licensee that can be looked up | Anything that changes after the date on the page |
| Payment rails | The wallets and bank rails listed in the cashier | Actual speed and fees, which the operator sets |
| Terms clarity | Wagering, expiry and bet limits visible before sign-up | How strictly each term is applied |
| KYC rules | Stated documents and the stage at which they are required | How long any individual check takes |
| Complaint route | A written disputes process and where it leads | How disputes are decided |
| Responsible-gaming tools | Limits, time-outs and exclusion described on the operator's pages | Whether they hold when a player tries to undo them |
| Support channels and app distribution | Contacts on the operator's domain; browser, store or file | Agent quality; what is inside any file |
How the checklist is used
Each item is answered from the operator's own published pages and, for the licence, from the regulator's list. If an item cannot be answered from those sources, the description says so in plain words. An unanswered item is reported as unanswered; it is never filled with an assumption.
What the desk can confirm
- That a page exists and what it states on the day it was read
- That a licensee's name does or does not appear on a regulator's public list
- What a published term works out to in pesos
These are deliberately modest. They are also the only things an outside guide can stand behind.
What the desk cannot confirm
Whether a withdrawal will be paid quickly, whether a particular account will pass verification, and whether a support agent will be helpful on a given night are outside any guide's view. WJ2 does not claim to have tested them and does not quote payout times or approval figures. Those are set by the operator; its cashier and terms pages are the reference.
About money
Some links on this site may be partner links, and the site may earn a commission when a reader registers through one. No payment, from any operator, changes how an item on the checklist is reported, removes a caution, or adds praise. A page would read the same with the links taken out.
What is left off on purpose
Scores, 'top' lists, star ratings, named expert reviewers and first-person testing stories are all absent. Each would claim a kind of knowledge this site does not have. Pages are dated, and when an operator changes its published terms the page is revised and the date updated.
The checklist is meant to be borrowed. Run the seven items against any operator yourself, on its own site, before depositing. If you find an item the operator does not answer anywhere, you have learned what the desk would have reported.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why does WJ2 not rate casinos?
A rating implies testing. The site reports disclosures it can read and leaves the decision to the reader.
Do partner links affect what is written?
No. Links may earn a commission, but no payment changes the wording.
Can WJ2 tell me how fast an operator pays?
No. Payout timing is set by the operator and cannot be verified from outside. Check its cashier page.
Is WJ2 a gambling operator?
No. WJ2 is a help desk in guide form: independent, for readers aged 21+, with no player accounts, no deposits and no games of its own.
